FIVE FAB NIGHTS FOR NIX
Fancy five nights at Club Med for free? Yes, we thought so. Read on.
Here’s one for your bucket list.
Five fabulous nights at an idyllic Club Med resort in Asia. Imagine it, five nights empty of demands and schedules, with your every whim and wish taken care of. Five nights where the hardest decision is whether to take a dip in the pool or a stroll by the sea. And it’s all for nix.
Of course, all meals are included in this tempting treat. You won’t even see the inside of the kitchen. But if you really do want to lift a finger during your sojourn in the sun at Club Med, you could kick start your morning with yoga followed by a stint of archery; tennis and rock-climbing; or even a personalised spa treatment.
That’s what awaits you at Cherating Beach Resort in Malaysia (right).
In Nusa Dua, Bali you’ll have three 18-hole golf courses to choose from; in Phuket, Thailand you can go diving or sign up to the Flying Trapeze Academy. Exactly when and what you do is up to you, as is the Club Med way. And you get to bring your Best Friend with you. For free, of course.
Here’s how to tick this dream holiday for two off your bucket list of travel experiences.
First off, go to the iTunes store and download the September/October 2012 iPad edition of the Jetset Travel Escapes Magazine HERE.
Then flick through the pages to the competition for your chance to win 5 nights’ accommodation for 2 people at any one of the following Club Med Asia Resorts: Nusa Dua, Bali; Cherating Beach, Malaysia; Phuket, Thailand.
Don’t stress, the genius of the Jetset Travel Escapes Magazine app makes entering the competition as easy as slipping into a sarong and slapping on some sunscreen.
Your only task is to come up with an answer, in 25 words or less, to this question:
“Why is experiencing Asia on your travel bucket list?”
The most creative and original answer will win five nights’ accommodation for two people at one of the following Club Med Asia resorts – the newly refurbished Club Med Nusa Dua in Bali, Thailand’s Club Med Phuket or the Cherating Beach Club Med in lush and lovely Malaysia. Conditions apply.
Those in need of inspiration — other than this purple prose — to pen their answer will find it in the pages of the Jetset Travel Escapes Magazine app. With graphic videos and inspiring photography, the Jetset Travel Escapes Magazine app is as close as you can get to real travel without jumping on a plane.
All that is required of you is a quick flick, a tap or a swipe and a world of travel possibilities is revealed. Tap and a heart-pounding video of skiing a perfect Canadian mountain rolls across the screen, tap again and images that actually do justice to the magnificence of Asian treasures, like the Taj Mahal, unfold.
Scroll down and you’ll discover well-researched articles on the multiple delights of all-inclusive resorts, up-to-date information about the natural wonders of Canada and Alaska, rail travel through scenic New Zealand, the delights of the South Pacific, the magnificence of Asian destinations and how easy it is to go adventuring in South America.
The Jetset Travel Escapes app also delivers a comprehensive range of deals that deliver best value for money holidays that will linger long in your memory for all the right reasons.
But wait, there’s more…
A flick and tap and, hey presto, you are in contact with the expertise of your local Jetset Travel agent, a professional for whom the world is as familiar their own backyard.
Let’s face it, insider knowledge, which is something the Jetset Travel professionals have in spades, is essential if the only surprises you are to encounter on your travels are surprises that delight.
And you’ll find an abundance of insider travel tips within the pages of the pages of the Jetset Travel Escapes Magazine app. Who knew, for instance, that you can sip café cortados on the stage of El Ateneo, the majestic Buenos Aires theatre now regarded as one of the world’s great bookstores?
So start your journey by downloading the Jetset Travel Escapes Magazine app from the Newsstand. Who knows where it will lead you.

I love the culture of Asia. The colourful clothes and the cooking. The sights and sounds of a different heritage amaze me and keep me astounded.

The waterways are spectacular so different to Australia like looking a different world. Heard there are some excellent wrecks for scuba diving.
